The 48 Slow Form was complied by Sifu Wu Leung Siu Hing. This version is a combination of all the postures of the classic long form without the repetition sequences. The purpose is to make it simple to learn and to remember. The regular and constant practice of this form will help to enhance one’s health. The time taken to practice this version is about 10 minutes. It can be practiced anywhere and within a limited space. It is suitable for young and old, weak and strong.
